APPETIZERS

Name Ingredients Directions
Artichoke Dip

1 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 can quartered artichoke hearts
1/4 cup salsa

Mix and bake 30 minutes at 300°

Salsa

1 28 oz. can whole tomatoes
5 or 6 yellow peppers (or hotter)
1.5 cloves garlic
1.5 bundles cilantro
1 T salt

Blend tomato juice, peppers, garlic.  Add whole tomatoes, add cilantro leaves (no stems) and salt,  then blend slightly (not too runny).
